Springboard for the Arts is a nationally recognized〔http://www.pbs.org/newshour/art/blog/2010/08/community-supported-art.html〕 not-for-profit arts service organization based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Originated in 1978 as a program of United Arts, it became an independent non-profit organization in 1991 under the name of Resources and Counseling for the Arts.
